The Blueprint 4 Success includes three distinctive components:

  2. Second, there is the creation of the team, through the execution of an Exclusive Representation Agreement.
  3. Third, there is the execution of the Project Process where Anthony guides all the steps of the project and ensures that he clearly understands your needs. You always have clear expectations and the team always knows where the project is and what next steps to take.
Consultation

When Anthony consults with clients, he explores their requirements and objectives; he provides feedback on what works and what doesn't to ensure a successful commercial real estate transaction.

The initial consultation helps clients visualize the project. The ongoing consultation helps clients always know where they are in the process.

In addition, Anthony's ongoing consultation with his client's cement their hopes and dreams into Anthony's life. He has a vested interest in seeing his clients succeed with real estate. Team Creation
